How to Locate What Order an Item is a Part Of

Overview:

This article is to illustrate how to locate an order in which an item is a part of using event history.

 

First Steps:

  • To begin navigate to https://onescanqa.lspedia.com/
  • Login to the account with a valid username and password
  • Click “Report” on the OneScan navigation bar and click “Event History” from the dropdown box.

 

Using the Item to find the Order/Shipment ID:

  • Click on the barcode field, scan the barcode of the item, or enter it in.
  • The history of the item, as well as the related orders for this item will display near the bottom of the page.
  • Highlight the Order ID or Shipment ID and copy it by pressing ctrl + c or right click and select “Copy” from the menu. 

 

Locating the order to Scan In:

  • Click on EPCIS on the OneScan navigation bar and click “Orders” from the dropdown menu.
  • Click the icon next to Order or Shipment ID, depending on which you have copied.
  • In the pop up click on the “Value” field and paste in the value by either pressing ctrl + v or right clicking and selecting “Paste” from the menu.
  • Click “Apply”, and the order matching the ID will display, then click “Scan In” to begin scanning in the order.
