Question 1:
For the two messages that we sent we received only one notification (to my Email address as registered, spam folder checked). What is the expected system behavior? Notification for all messages or failed / with errors only?
Answer: Onescan will send the EPCIS email notification/alert for the EPCIS file/records which failed and for successful EPCIS file transaction too.
When the file is processed successfully the Subject line will be
EPCIS Alert - File process Success - No Action Required
or
EPCIS Alert - File process completed with Warning - No Action Required
When the file fails with errors the subject line will be,
EPCIS Alert - File process canceled with Error - Action Required
Question 2 – related to Q1:
When accessing the portal using the link in the notification Email the portal is empty – see first screenshot below. I would have expected to see something here.
Answer: The portal is empty because the file sent by supplier was successfully processed through our system.
This Notification account is sponsored by our customer or can be purchased through LSPedia. It allows user to update the failed EPCIS files/records for which they received email notification.
In production if the file fails, you will receive the email alert with the subject "Action Required". With that link you will be able to upload the new fixed EPCIS file or you can fix the file manually in our portal as its text editor.

Question 3:
When selecting ‘EPCIS’ Investigator I am redirected to a page to sign up for an ‘enterprise account’ with (presumably) fees associated. So can we in fact only use the EPCIS Investigator functionalities when we sign up for an ‘enterprise account’ with fees associated?
Answer: You don’t need "Enterprise account" to access the record. If You have "Notification Account" (sponsored or purchased), you can access these records by clicking on the link you got in email address, but it will not give you "Complete View" of the EPCIS files you submitted.
Lspedia Enterprise account gives user the access to all the files they submitted through our system for multiple customers. There is an additional fee, and I can direct you to our sales team if you are interested.
