Overview

This article is an overview of what the OneScan Dashboard is and how to use it.

What Is the OneScan Dashboard?

The OneScan dashboard is a hub of information, this includes:

  • Verification Summary- Verified vs Unverified.
  • By the Numbers – number of look up directories, queries, requestors, and responders.
  • Verification Details- Verified vs Unverified, API vs Web, and Notifications
  • Performance Metrics- Response Time(Sec), Success Rate, Fail Rate.

How To Use OneScan Dashboard:

As a user there is only one parameter you can change, the period you wish to view which are:

  • Last month
  • Last 6 months
  • Last 12 months
  • Custom Dates
  • All

The default is 6 months.

Verification Summary

A bar chart that shows the number of verified requests versus the number of unverified requests over the selected period.

By the Numbers

A display of the total numbers for:

  • Look up directories.
  • Queries
  • Requestors
  • Responders

For the selected period.

Verification Detail

There are three separate pie charts in this section:

  • Verified vs Unverified: Yes and No sections.
  • API vs Web: API and Web sections
  • Notification: Various notifications that can be sent

Clicking on any one individual portion of the pie chart will take you to that individual record. For example, clicking on the Yes (blue) section of the Verified vs Unverified sections will take you to all the verified positive records for that period. This is also the case for API vs Web, which will display API or Web records, and Notification sections, which will display the records for various notifications.

Performance Metrics

There are three separate dials in this section:

  • Response Time: displays the response time in seconds.
  •  Success Rate: the success rate of all records over the selected period
  • Fail Rate: the fail rate of all records over the selected period.

These records will also display if the success rate and fail rate dials are clicked.
