This article is about how to register new order report accounts.
First Steps
- To begin navigate to the OneScan website.
- Login to the account with a valid username and password.
Register Account
- Retrieve Customer’s GLN value from your “Master Data” -> “Entity Location.” This does not need to be a valid GLN for portal access customers; an internal customer code/ID can be used.
- Provide customer with your unique order report registration link, this will take them to the “Register” page.
- Ensure customer uses the GLN value in both Customer ID and GLN field when registering.
- A notification will be sent to the email on the account once Support has enabled the new account.
