Find Serial Number Information/EPCIS File with only GTIN/NDC

Overview:

This article is about locating Serial Number information/EPCIS file.  

 

First Steps:

 

 

Steps:

  • Click “Master Data” on the OneScan navigation bar, from the dropdown menu select “GTINs.”
  • Click the filter button to filter by GTIN, enter the GTIN and apply the filter. 
  • You can also filter by an NDC from the GTIN Master Data as well.
  • Click the filter button for NDC, enter the NDC and apply the filter. 
  • Select “Edit” on the appropriate GTIN, scroll all the way to the bottom for all Serial Numbers under the GTIN.
  • You can export all Serial Numbers for that GTIN, this will create an Excel file for all the Serial Numbers under that GTIN. 
  • You can filter by a LOT number, by clicking “Lot Num” field.
  • You can filter by the Serial number Statuses, by clicking Serial Number Statuses and selecting the desired status from the dropdown box. 
  • You can filter by a specific serial number; this is done by clicking the Number field and entering the serial number.
  • Click the “History” button to view the history for a specific Seria Number.
  • You can the export by the filters for the Serial Numbers, this is done by Clicking the “Export” button. This will create an Excel document for all the serial numbers you filtered by.  
  • We can also use Serial Number history to help locate EPCIS files.
  • Click the blue Serial Number “History” icon.
  • We can see the timestamp of when it was put into an SSCC and set to Activate, you may want to note the time stamp as it will be needed soon.
  • Click “Close”
  • Click “EPCIS” on the OneScan navigation bar, from the dropdown menu select “History.”
  • Filter by Time stamp
  • Enter the Date from the Serial Number Timestamp and click “apply.”
  • Find the Order Time that matches the Serial Number History Timestamp.
  • Click the green “Order Details” button.
  • In the “Details” page you can click the “Download” button to download the EPCIS file.
